She is very helpful and knowledgeable with the refinancing of our mortgage and she made us comfortable and updated throughout the process. Mind you the first guy from Rocket Mortgage that I spoke with told me that its my fault why I have to refinance. And so I called again and spoke this time to Dez and what a difference!
