it stunk, no customer service inquiry, submitted all paperwork requested still had to have conference call with amroc two days later still on my tasks to do list had to call rocket and confirm that call took place to have it removed. scheduled closing for august 10 recieved call in afternoon unable to close because no lawyer avail, rescheduled for august 12 at 5:30, had to take day off because I ...it stunk, no customer service inquiry, submitted all paperwork requested still had to have conference call with amroc two days later still on my tasks to do list had to call rocket and confirm that call took place to have it removed. scheduled closing for august 10 recieved call in afternoon unable to close because no lawyer avail, rescheduled for august 12 at 5:30, had to take day off because I drive an 18 wheeler and go out of town received call at 3:30 from Bradley cancelling closing due to same issue and finally closed on Wednesday at 5:30 losing another days pay. Received no calls from anyone offering compensation for 2 days of lost pay. I will never use rocket mortgage or amroc for any future financial needs and I'm very dissatisfied with the whole transaction.Read MoreRead Less

Lawerence is extremely knowledgeable with helping fixing your credit. He gives you a detailed plan on what you need to do and assists you in executing it. He does all the footwork working with the major credit bureaus. Once they update your information, he notifies you. He is an all around great guy. Thanks for your help!!!!!
