She explained everything to me and understood my pain trying to run away from a different lender. I should’ve said outright my stated I have my own lender. There was no isssue that Billy answer could not aswer almost immediatly . The secret to the speed and the necessary information flow is Billy's constant attention and expertise.We even had one documnt signed at the Rocket building and closing at homer due to medical issuses to solve a couple of problems. We closd on our loan in 17 days and never felt rushed. Billy was great.
