My mortgage process with Quicken Loans was an absolute disaster. There was zero sense of urgency from the team, leading to significant delays, including missing our original closing date. The failure to manage disclosure timelines and verify my employment and points in a timely manner added unnecessary stress to the process.

Furthermore, I had a credit that I requested to be applied towards closing costs, but this was never utilized. Despite raising these concerns during the process, they were completely ignored.

A credit was also disclosed to the sellers realtor causing them to come to us to ask for compensation due to the delay. This experience has left me highly dissatisfied, and I will never be using Quicken Loans again. I am in the process of filing formal complaints with every relevant regulatory body.Read MoreRead Less

Amazing person. Stephanie is the most efficient banker we ever delt with. She is very caring and knowledgeable. Made us feel like her only concern ever during our loan process. Highly highly recommended.
