Cannot express enough the appreciated efficiency that I experienced working with Hailee. She called at scheduled times so I wasn't stalking my phone waiting. Her response time to any questions in email, text, or phone was phenomenal. Never had the stress of playing tag when trying to make sure I had all documents correct, or any questions I had. Rachel was pleasant & professional to work with at all times. Her downside is that she would make commitments to me that were reversed by others. Disappointing as it appears to be bait & switch on the part of Rocket. She did take a few days off towards the end & someone else covered for her. He changed terms & increased fees approx $13K AT THE LAST MINUTE, for which there was no prior ...Rachel was pleasant & professional to work with at all times.
