James is an amazing representative of rocket mortgage. He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He made the process of getting our refi loan painless and relatively simple and we had a few laughs too. Would recommend highly!

Mitchel is the best! We were in a process with a lengthy and difficult lender before I reached out to Mitchel based off a referral and he immediately got us a quote and had us closing in less than 2 weeks! He worked over time to help us and answered every question and stayed true to his promises! I couldn’t be happier that we switched to Mitchel and Rocket Mortgage when we did!
