We arranged to speak on the phone a few days after our initial interaction on the website. I liked Katlyn immediately. She was warm, friendly, and professional. There were no questions she could not answer, and her guidance throughout the process of obtaining our loan was a welcome surprise. The timelines Katlyn set forth were met every time, and she never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her when I would text or call her with additional questions. Although Katlyn became our banker by chance, she will be our banker of choice going forward. She definitely made what could have been a very daunting process an easy, uncomplicated one.
