From start to finish, Dallas was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made us feel at ease throughout the entire refinancing process. He was always there with a quick response to any questions we had, and his knowledge and professionalism far exceeded anything we could have ever expected. His kind, patient and caring way really made us feel comfortable. No question was too big or too small. ...From start to finish, Dallas was an absolute pleasure to work with. Andy is A+!! He made sure I understood the process and the communication was fabulous! He answered all my questions and made everything clear. This wasn't just a "job" to him, he genuinely wanted to help me get into my first home. I am forever grateful to the Rocket Mortgage for having Andy on their team!
