He guided me through the initial processes and things went more smoothly than I could have imagined. I had several questions which were sufficiently answered. I was never made to feel I was being rushed or pressured and felt empowered and well informed at every step. Even though I was not even near the midway point in this process I was so impressed by the professionalism of Mr. Mezy that I did not hesitate to provide a referral to and for a co-worker to give Rocket Mortgage a try. Even when Mr. Mezy was out -of- office he ensured I had a point of contact for any issues that arose during his absence. If I could sum up my interaction with Rocket Mortgage via Mr. Marsel Mezy I would say I experienced attentive and outstanding professionalism with unparalled customer service.
