Justin was fantastic to work with and he helped my wife and I navigate what could have been a tricky process and made it very simple. No matter what hours I sent a text or how odd the questions were, he was there with a quick reply. There were even a few moments when I got frustrated with the whole process, but Justin helped get me through that and calmed me right down.
