Brian IS the best! He made my closing seamless, fast and very efficient. Kept in contact with me throughout the process. I started with another prior, after sitting for 5 weeks without moving through the process, I went to Brian, wow, within 5 weeks, closed on a new home, which seemed effortless. So thank you

I can't say enough about Alexus, she was so pleasant and quite a professional. Her knowledge help guide me thru this long and grueling process. But as if that wasn't enough after I had been handed off to another Rocket Mortgage team Professional and my closing was scheduled ,she called to me to congratulate me. Now that's what I call "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" Thank you Alexus for being as Real Pro.

Jose is amazing!! He was fabulous throughout the entire process. He ensured I understood everything and followed up to see if I had any questions. He checked in with us after closing to see how things went and if I had any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend Jose with Rocket Mortgage!

Alex was awesome to work with. I bought from private seller without realtors and Alex helped everything remain seamless, even after transfer to others during the process.
