Justin followed up with a loan I had started, but never followed through on as I had threw my hands up at some of the requests that were being asked of me to close the loan. He worked to resolve those issues and we were able to close the loan thanks to his due diligence. He was responsive and helpful and made a "sour" experience, a positive outcome :) !!
