I give Brent 5 stars. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the loan process and didn't give no run around. I appreciate him so much!

Zero stars is not an option.... Joseph performed a hard inquiry on my credit without my authorization. For months, he assured me he was handling the issue, only to later admit that I needed to request its removal myself—before finally conceding that it was actually his responsibility. Even then, he claimed he was having it removed, yet Rocket Mortgage had no record of him taking any action.

Unlike Joseph’s unethical behavior and blatant dishonesty, Rocket Mortgage’s resolution team acted promptly and professionally to address the situation.Read MoreRead Less
