As a first-time homebuyer, I had many questions and several moving pieces to navigate, but Jillian was consistently calm, patient, flexible, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process.

From the beginning, she took the time to clearly explain my FHA and conventional options, prepare customized payment scenarios, walk me through interest-rate buydowns, and help me understand every step from preapproval through closing. She never pressured me and always made sure I had the information I needed to make the best decision for my situation.

Jillian was also exceptionally proactive. She helped coordinate updated documentation, found creative ways to maximize my lender and seller credits, presented practical options for using every available dollar, and worked closely with the closing team to resolve a stressful last-minute cash-to-close issue. She even attended my closing personally, which meant so much to me.
