We had an excellent experience with Victor, very knowledgeable and professional any time we had any questions and left him a message he would respond right away, we would definitely refer Victor to anyone looking to refinance or get a loan with Rocket Mortgage.

Aanand was extremely responsive, very professional, and great to work with. Aanand worked to get me the best possible deal on my mortgage and helped save me a considerable amount of money compared to offers I received from other banks. After having several banks match my Rocket Mortgage offer, Aanand helped me lock in a rate and price that made the other banks say "we can't even match that". Elizabeth was outstanding to work with. Even with her caseload she makes you feel like a person and not a number. Takes her job seriously and is willing to assist in anyway she can. She is an asset to the company and customers with big things ahead of her.
