Working with Ms Cuevas was what I would expect from everyone working in a customer service position... knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. She made things easy, most helpful and a pleasure to work with...keep up the excellent work.

Like other's have said, KJ did a great job. He stayed in touch. He worked with me to select the best combo of interest rate and points. He reminded me when there was something new that I needed to submit. Highly recommended.

It's been a number of years since I engaged in a mortgage related endeavor. Working with Pieter made this the easiest one ever. His professional and human relations were enjoyable and stress free. I had my reservations about even pursuing this, but I am so thankful that I did.
