Laura dropped the ball on me during the process with not communicating clear deadlines, causing me to have to start the whole entire process over again. Also, in the beginning she gave a false approval status. Due to her failure and lack of communication, she set me back months in the process. I would advise Laura to work on better and more effective communication and transparency.
