Looking at all the comments before mine, I have to agree with all of them. Eric was so easy to talk to. Explained what to expect, how things were handled and was always quick to answer any questions. Refinancing or getting a Home Equity loan is always so stressful and I absolutely hate it but my experience with Eric and Rocket Mortgage was wonderful and took all my fear and uncertainty away. ...Looking at all the comments before mine, I have to agree with all of them.
