Overall experience was excellent, however in the beginning I was assigned to a different associate, who collected my information and told me that he was going to call me back the same day, but he never did, then Sam took over and everything was very smooth after that. I do have one complain, I was told in the beginning that I did have to pay anything for the closing, but the day before the closing I found out there was a $4000 cash requirement for closing. Aj was fantastic to work with. Was very personable and made it feel like working with a small bank. He or Malik were always available to talk to and I felt like they were working with us to succeed. They were a great liaison between the underwriters and ourselves to get documentation finished. Very good
