I didn't think anything would come of our attempt to secure a mortgage loan so we could stop renting the house we live in and make payments to benefit ourselves and not to just endlessly pay rent or have to move and pay rent elsewhere because the owner was going to sell the property soon . Even though I didn’t end up using Rocket Mortgage’s services, Paula was excellent to work with. She was incredibly thorough and made sure I understood every bit a detail that goes into mortgages and HELOC’s. Paula is the type of person that makes me want to work with Rocket Mortgage in the future. I will be sure to recommend her to anyone I know looking for a mortgage or home equity loan.
