Process was easy and fairly quick. Good communication all along the way.

Annette did her best, her background supporting teams were dragging their feet. It took 105 days to close the loan. I think Rocket mortgage can do better, faster. I also lost the my interest rate by a point... In my opinion there should be more better communication among different teams, within Rocket mortgage company.

Nic was very articulate about the loan proposal, very professional and cooperative to walk me through patiently the financial implications of going one way Vs the other. What I didn't like though is about the marketing gimmic to try sell it as if Rocket is presenting me this offer as part of a HUGE promotion.
