We often times have difficulty securing mortgages due to inconsistent income or too many tax write-offs, or a combination of the two. We often times have difficulty securing mortgages due to inconsistent income or too many tax write-offs, or a combination of the two. Lacey was understanding of this from day one and worked diligently to help me secure financing for my dream home.

She is very professional, always friendly, and incredibly responsive/proactively communicative. I never had to wonder where we were at during the process or what was expected of me, because Lacey was a step ahead in explaining.

My realtor (who admittedly prefers local lenders) agrees, and said that her mind would be completely changed if every online lending process went as smoothly as this one with Lacey did.
