When she called, I was not sure I wanted to refinance at the time. I told her my concerns, and my goals (she asked!!), and she listened to what I said. She came back with a new plan that would save $800 a month and pay off my truck.
As things went forward, she was always there to answer any question and help to move the mortgage along - so patient.
