As a local agent it’s always great to find a lender that will pick up the phone when you need them. Alyssa was attentive and made our transaction a breeze.

Jim was a tremendous help to me in improving my credit score and helping me not only qualify for a better rate but also the ability to borrow more equity from my home. Jim was timely with reaching out to me and provided clear guidance that I was able to act on with great speed. Hats off to Jim and the team at Rocket.
