Not very happy with his service at all. He was hard to get hold off. Calls were directed to other people who were never able to help us. Sometimes they got him to call back, frequently it was the next day. He asked us to email him documents on our “To Do List” and he would never upload them. So we couldn’t look at the list see what we needed to do. The day before the closing he added things ...Not very happy with his service at all. He was hard to get hold off. Calls were directed to other people who were never able to help us. Sometimes they got him to call back, frequently it was the next day. He asked us to email him documents on our “To Do List” and he would never upload them. So we couldn’t look at the list see what we needed to do. The day before the closing he added things to our list that frankly took days to do. The day of the closing he called and said we were still going to close that day and said he would call back in ten minutes. He never called back and we didn’t close. So we had to close the next week. This delay costs us hundreds because we were living in a hotel. The closing was scheduled for 3pm the next Monday, we never saw a final statement until we got it from the title company at 11am. It was $10,000 more that we expected for previous statements and had planned for. We tried to find out why but couldn’t get in touch with Aanand. Someone else with Rocket found out that our down payment was increased $10000 without notifying us. That left us scrambling trying to get the funding to the title company which we were unable to do that day.
All in all it was a bad experience. This is our 6th mortgage with Quicken/Rocket and I will look elsewhere next time.Read MoreRead Less
