Luke has helped us get a mortgage on two different properties in the last 4 years. Both experiences were phenomenal. Most recently we purchased a new home with an unfinished master bath. Three other lenders told us we'd have very little chance getting our loan approved with the unfinished bathroom. Luke was the only lender who told us it was doable, and he made sure it happened.
