When I first started the process of this loan, he told me that I was a main priority for him because he always puts his customers first and I completely believe that statement because not only did he give me his personal cell number to call if I had questions or concerns, but he responded to every one of my calls or texts in record time. He didn’t leave me hanging wondering if he got my message. He would respond back if he couldn’t talk right away and tell me I got your message and I will call you back as soon as I am done with my meeting or my call or whatever he was doing at the time. I have been in the customer service business for many, many years and I have to say that the way that Matt handled everything for us was top-notch and five star worthy!!
