Once the required loan documents were uploaded, Dallas coordinated with underwriters and title company to close the mortgage loan for a final approval within a month. Now after one year, to convert our primary loan to investment property loan, she is helping us again and this time, we are confident she can close refinance within a month. We appreciate her so much!
