I was not shopping for a mortgage today...but a third-party offer, the kind I usually would ignore, had me fill out some details about home, property, and cashing in/out.

The invitations to explore options came streaming in, all bypassed, except for the one from Rocket, which I had heard was a well-managed company with fine guiding values. (It is)

That turned into a delightful, informative 30-minute conversation with Stephanie, who modeled the very best of people-centered professionalism. She is refreshingly direct-spoken, trustable, well-informed, personable, and experienced.

In the end, even though I still am not "in the market" - I learned about new options I hadn't considered and will go straight to Stephanie and Rocket if/when that time comes.Read MoreRead Less

If it wasn’t for Lizbeth being so great at her job I don’t know if I would have transitioned to Rocket Mortgage. I had the best experience in doing a VA-IRRRL with her.
