Zach started off great! Linked up with him on a Thursday, make us a great offer... got all the paperwork into him by Friday. He told me he would call and get things finished on Saturday. So far so good. Saturday comes... no call... he informs me that he has to go to pick up someone from the airport and will call later... I'm spending a few hundred thousand dollars but it is what it is... ...Zach started off great! Linked up with him on a Thursday, make us a great offer... got all the paperwork into him by Friday. He told me he would call and get things finished on Saturday. So far so good. Saturday comes... no call... he informs me that he has to go to pick up someone from the airport and will call later... I'm spending a few hundred thousand dollars but it is what it is... well.. call never comes. Doesn't come Sunday either.. informs me Monday that he's taking a Vacation now and won't be able to handle things so he's gonna pass me off onto someone else to handle his stuff in the meantime.

To top it off, after its all said and done and I actually need to borrow LESS money as I was able to negotiate a better price.. but he then tries to add THOUSANDS of dollars more to the process before giving me what he said I was pre-qualified for.
