Oh my goodness! There is still exceptional human beings on this earth and Stephanie Taylor is one of them; there is actually hope for humanity with people like her. I went online very upset looking for a new mortgage company because my old company sold my account to Freedom Mortgage and in just 2 phone encounters with them I was already calling it a quit! Google led me to Rocketmortgage; I dialed the number and Stephanie Taylor picked up the phone and washed all my worries away. She is extremely knowledgeable. You can feel that she loves her job and cares about customers she just met on the phone. She genuinely answered all my questions, she gave guidance that made sense and that was in my best interest!!!! So rare in the financial world. Ms Stephanie Taylor you truly made my evening. God bless your heart. Please make your managers read this; you truly humanize a large corporation, you are a rare asset that they should keep and promote; I will be joining Rocket mortgage just because of you. What an amazing loan man!!! Rocket Mortgage is blessed to have Mike. I say this because ... for 14 months Rocket Mtg stayed with me and Mike held my hand the whole way. I had alot going with a contested probate and then a variance and land split and several other legal issues...BUT no lie...Mike with Rkt Mtg held me the WHOLE way....If the stars could be a million for Mike thats what i would report.
