Just closed on our new home in August with Rocket. Jared was awesome! Very responsive, professional, & explained the entire process every step of the way. Corban is the most efficient banker we have ever had. We are in our 70’s and not very tech savvy and he walked us through everything. He is so patient and respectful he was on the phone for hours with us to get the process started. If there were 10 starts we would give him 20 he is just an awesome young man. There are many Mortgage companies available to serve your needs, just as there are many Mortgage bankers, but there is a shinning star at Rocket Mortgage that stands out above them all in my opinion. I don't want to disparage other companies or bankers but I have worked with many and they traveled narrowly down the same path to process my loan needs, but Ray Wilson is a banker unlike so many that...There are many Mortgage companies available to serve your needs, just as there are many Mortgage bankers, but there is a shinning star at Rocket Mortgage that stands out above them all in my opinion. I don't want to disparage other companies or bankers but I have worked with many and they traveled narrowly down the same path to process my loan needs, but Ray Wilson is a banker unlike so many that is so knowledgeable, creative takes such an interest in your financial needs that you feel the confidence that the sometimes litigious loan process will be successful.
