I have to say, I didn't want to like him or answer his calls... Actually, the first time we spoke, I chewed him out for Rocket Calling me just because I had my credit report pulled for a car loan. But it was the best thing I ever did. My HELOC was climbing with the prime rates, OMG. I was just paying interest & the principal was never going down with those rates.
