I don't write reviews often, but Daniel Horvath deserves the recognition.

This buyer had previously canceled an escrow, and to be honest, I was hesitant when I found out Rocket Mortgage was involved. I had worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past and had very little success, and I had told myself I would never work with them again.

Daniel Horvath completely changed my opinion.

From the very beginning, Daniel did everything he said he would do. He kept me informed throughout the entire mortgage process with outstanding communication and proactive updates. He assured me we would close on time, and he delivered exactly as promised.

What impressed me most was that Daniel went above and beyond his role. When issues arose involving the selling agent, he stepped in, helped resolve the situation, and kept the transaction moving forward. His professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to getting the deal closed made all the difference.

Daniel Horvath is a tremendous asset to Rocket Mortgage. If I ever have another transaction involving Rocket Mortgage, Daniel is the only loan officer I would want to work with. He has earned my trust and completely changed my perception of the company.Read MoreRead Less

Alejandra was wonderful to work with from the first phone conversation to loan closing. She went out of her way to call me back after my work hours, she explained everything very well and made me feel comfortable with the loan process. She was easy to reach via email, text and phone. Every time I had questions she was able to provide the answers. From the beginning to the end, Jeff was a true professional. This is the third refinance that I have undertaken in my life, and I will unequivocably state that this was the smoothest, and I will furthermore state that this was largely due to Jeff's stewardship of the process. Mona was very professional and responsive to my needs. She gets 5 stars from me. On the closing side of things, however, there was a wrinkle with funds due at closing, debited twice from my bank account, that had nothing to do with my experience with Mona. The issue seemed to be that ACH information was requested from me and then later instructions for how to bring funds to closing, the ACH ...Mona was very professional and responsive to my needs. She gets 5 stars from me. On the closing side of things, however, there was a wrinkle with funds due at closing, debited twice from my bank account, that had nothing to do with my experience with Mona. The issue seemed to be that ACH information was requested from me and then later instructions for how to bring funds to closing, the ACH option was, to my recollection, not called out so I opted to wire funds. The wired funds were received on the closing date and Rocket also did the ACH debit. They are returning the ACH withdrawal.Read MoreRead Less
