Multiple phone conversations and messages sent with Amy for a FHA loan to purchase in a nearby state. Firstly, despite stating she helps many people buy in this state- she never disclosed that only local lenders can pair with state DPA. I inquired about DPA and she simply said “she doesn’t like DPA because they sometimes have requirements for how long you have to live in home etc” but NEVER ...Multiple phone conversations and messages sent with Amy for a FHA loan to purchase in a nearby state. I inquired about DPA and she simply said “she doesn’t like DPA because they sometimes have requirements for how long you have to live in home etc” but NEVER disclosed RM does not do DPA in this state after I ask, simply avoided the question.
Secondly, casually mentions needing a paystub to finish closing on a house. This was NEVER mentioned. I have an offer letter and was told this was sufficient. She never disclosed the ENTIRE process and in such comes off as a shady broker. Had I known I would need to somehow go to the new state, work for a few weeks (while living in a hotel?) and then go back to home state to move/pack- I would have told her NO as this is impossible. Super shady and scummy to not disclose the WHOLE process but jump on board running credit. Read BBB reviews before deciding on a company.. RM is 1.25/5 stars for a reason. Local lenders only require offer letter PLUS do DPA. Go that route, they’re more likely to be honest!Read MoreRead Less
