Stu and Rocket Mortgage were excellent--pretty much always available whenever I had a question or issue. They were very understanding when I was called by the folks who evaluated my property and I hesitated to confirm my information since I did not call them first and they gave me the address that was on my tax bill which is different from my postal mailing address. They were very understanding when I was called by the folks who evaluated my property and I hesitated to confirm my information since I did not call them first and they gave me the address that was on my tax bill which is different from my postal mailing address. Since my tax info is public information and anyone access it, I was concerned this might be a scammers, but the Rocket team called me from a verified number and confirmed THEIR identity so I knew that the guy who was calling was legit. Easy to work with and efficient! A+Read MoreRead Less

Clearly he is well versed in all aspects of the process and jumped in to assist us on a complex request. We were unsure how effective an online mortgage process would work. After dealing with David, we’re 100 percent convinced this is safe, professional and flexible for our mortgage needs. Thanks David, you rock at Rocket!Read MoreRead Less

Kelsey handled my refinance at the end of this past year. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She explained every part of my loan to me and walked me through each step to get it closed and completed. I would definitely work with her again and/or recommend her to my friends.

Danielle was great with having patience and understanding how to explain thoroughly the entire process. She always made me feel comfortable and answered every question and I had questions. I don't know what training she had to do this job but the way she interacted with me she has something the book can't teach. I think she is equipped with everything that's needed to get the job done.
