He did a fantastic job from my first questions, when I wasn't even certain that I'd start a loan, and through every step of the process. He was always professional and courteous yet friendly and open. He was prepared to answer each question and clearly explained the steps of securing the loan and through closing. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me through the process.

From start to finish Haneen was a positive and optimistic voice. Her original assessment of our property value,using Rocket Mortgage tools, was $90000 over the actual appraisal. Needless to say this inspired me to trust her Senior Banker experience beyond my common sense. I had an amazing experience working with Alex. The whole rocket team was very communicative and proactive and wonderful to work with but Alex in particular made himself available and explain options to me whenever I needed help. I felt like I knew what was going on at every moment of the process even when they were bumps. I would definitely work with Alex again!
