Who is Marc Cohen?? I started my initial Rocket Mortgage refi with Kurt Albrecht, somehow was redirected and when I reached out to Kurt for clarification, he never responded. The majority of the Customer Service interaction was automated online services = not really impressed with this part of Rocket Mortgage to be honest with you!
