I don't give reviews often. You have to either be really good, or really bad. Stephanie and the whole Rocket team are beyond really good. I'm tempted to hire a website hacker just to have them add a 6th star.

When I put in a request to check refi rates, I wasn't even really considering doing it. I just wanted to see where the market was. I told Stephanie that, she understood, and explained things to me in a simple, direct, easy to understand way without placing any pressure on me to make a decision. A few days later I had questions, and she got right back to me.

Once I decided it was time to move forward, her and the whole team moved so fast I was shocked. But they were not just fast, they were efficient through every step of the way, yet didn't at any point make me feel rushed.

Paul was very helpful in assisting me with converting my higher interest HELOC into a fixed mortgage with a min payment that was $200 less than the interest only payment of the HELOC!! Now by paying the same amount on the new loan it will pay off way faster.
