Kyle is one of the finest customer service reps I have worked with. He provided a solution that would work for our refinance. From the very first contact with Kyle to closing Kyle was quick to respond to my questions and explain anything I didn't understand.
I'm sure you already know how invaluable Kyle Bennett is to Rocket Mortgage. There are employees who are there for a paycheck and others who truly are there for the customer. Having the pleasure of experiencing Kyle's work ethic and integrity I knew he was there for me.

Now she might have had an edge on the competition because we have been BIG ROCKET FANS ever since we Refinanced our home 10 years ago and dropped our rate from 7.5% to 3.25%. But it is more than the rate drop. Somehow everything that Rocket does seems to go smoothly and without confusion.
