Hass was very helpful to my husband and I throughout the entire process. There were times when we had doubts about refinancing. Hass held our hands (so to speak) and explained in detail and helped us through our doubts up to CLOSING. Even during our CLOSING, we had questions about certain things that the Closer couldn't help us with. We called Hass and left a message to please call us back.
