Tremendous experience. Our situation wasn't traditional and we were faced with a couple of "complicated" steps but he was patient and got across the finish line without delay.

Would 100% work with Darr again in the future should our situation call for it.

We used to be happy customers then i got a call out of the blue asking if i wanted to lower my term and monthly charges. I was even offered additional cash out if i wanted to borrow more money. This offer sounded very reasonable. However, Evan was unable to explain how he would accomplish saving us any money on our monthly payment. Other than a lower rate and a shorter term, and a big fat fee...(we already accellerate our payments, so there is no savings with a shorter term, and the FED just said no to interest rate cuts). When we declined their offer of help and reminded him we didn't need their money it was them that reached out to us, we were berated and told if we had plenty of money we should donate it to charity because plenty of people need money.
