Ally was fantastic! From our first phone call to our closing, Ally was always super helpful. If I had any questions, she was always clear and thoughtful in her responses, thinking of ways to help us out, offering options, calculating breakeven points, etc, and no pressure to go one way or the other (eg purchasing points vs no points).
Using Rocket Mortgage’s online portal, I felt very confident and comfortable knowing whose court the ball was in throughout the process: whether I needed to do something, or whether it was just a waiting period for me.
