I was happily surprised by the process and working with Cory I was updated the entire time. As a first time buyer I can't state how he made the process so clear and without stress. Initially, Jeff seemed knowledgeable and accommodating. However, when I informed him of our decision to postpone refinancing, after evaluating our situation, his attitude quickly shifted. He became rude and dismissive, displaying a surprising lack of professionalism and customer service.
This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to recommend his services to others.

He was more than professional, patient, hospitable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He assisted me with all my inquiries/requests. Giovanni also went above and beyond to get me the best outcome for my loan, I totally trusted him, and I am still in awe with my final numbers.
