Samuel is a pleasant person to work with. My issue is he set expectations too high for what Rocket could deliver. The loan process took longer than he lead me to believe it would be resulting some financial stress on my end. I also didn’t appreciate the daily calls and texts from him (I’m pretty sure this was mandated by Rocket) which felt like there was an undue degree of urgency and pressure ...Samuel is a pleasant person to work with. Denitzia was very helpful and knowledgeable with informing me of everything that I needed to know and with everything that I needed to do on my part of the process. I called her when I needed help and she was always helpful and Alway presented herself in a courteously and cheerfully! If I had to go through the process again I would want her on my team again.
