Daryn was very professional, articulate, and knowledgeable. He helped me understand how credit bureaus work and report credit. He also helped my husband attain over a 700 credit rating. We were able to refinance. Thanks Daryn

Ermal called me for a typical review of my Rocket Mortgage. He walked me through my options that I hadn't even considered. I've always enjoyed excellent customer service with Rocket and Ermal continues that service.

Matt did an excellent job explaining the process to us and to End and discussing all of the details that are factored into the rates. He also was able to help us expedite the acquisition of our loan and did a remarkable job communicating, and keeping us in the loop on everything. Thank you, Matt!
