My experience with Jared started off rocky when we scheduled a phone
appointment at 3pm, May 22nd. When the day arrived, he tried calling my wife at
1pm, instead of myself, and she referred him back to me, as she knew we had the
appointment for 3pm. Shortly thereafter, Jared texted me asking if I was
available at 4:30pm (disregarding the fact we had agreed on 3). I told him that
wouldn’t work, as I had planned my day around having the call earlier, and we
rescheduled for the next day (with him confirming by sending a heart emoji
instead of using professional language or words in general). That initial
experience represented how the rest of our time went as Jared was not timely,
showed a penchant for having a lack of organization when talking on the phone,
and never took accountability for issues on his end. There were several times
in the process that his lack of timeliness put our buying a home at risk and
made it apparent that we were either not a priority or he could not handle his
workload. Before our interaction I would say my likelihood to recommend Rocket
to a friend or family member would’ve been 8 out of 10; however, since we’ve
just closed, I can safely say that after this ordeal the likelihood would be 1
