SKylar did a good job of getting my info and securing the rate and answering my questions. Once we started down the path to secure the loan, and the load was turned over to the next team from Rocket, information from Skylar was limited and short. I tried to get the deal from my email ($6000 off of loan fees) but was told that I could not get it because I had gotten a good interest rate. Overall, my loan closed successfully, and I appreciate that Andres was patient and courteous throughout the process. However, compared to my previous home purchase, this experience was much more stressful due to the lack of proactive communication. I often had to follow up for updates, and after closing, the escrow had to be corrected because of incorrect information.
