He made the experience personable as we are current military members, so he was well versed in dealing with VA loans and military personnel. She did not have any issues giving me a day in the beginning after she provided the preliminary numbers; unlike some other loan advisors who expected me to commit and sign that same day when they were told that I am trying to get a quote comparison.
