This was the easiest, most pleasant loan closing I've ever experienced. I associate refinancing with annoyance, hassle, mistakes, delays, and overall frustration, but this experience had none of that. In fact, Dan was often waiting on me to get my tasks done! We closed in record time, with no difficulties!

Patrick was a breath of fresh air after I spent 6 months getting turned down for a mortgage because I am a travel nurse. Patrick got everything approved and kept us on track with other tasks such as inspections. No loan is zero stress but Patrick kept it to a minimum. 10/10 recommend. Patrick Thomas.

I cannot express how great Harry was how above and beyond he went for us. The communication with him was absolutely wonderful. Every step of this process he was there reached out, constantly reassured us that everything was going. Smoothly helped us navigate the little bumps and twists that happened during this and at the end of the day we closed and couldn't be happier.

Melissa was on it. She was quick to respond by phone, text, and email, and was clear about the expectations. I came from a lender who took 5 weeks to approve the first step and Rocket was able to complete everything within two weeks! I knew what to expect at each step and knew I would hear back promptly from Melissa when I had questions and concerns. So I will be referring Melissa and Rocket to ...Melissa was on it. Zero stars if I could. I am not happy with the way my recent refinancing was done. I was previously contacted by a nice Rocket rep (woman) who tried to accommodate my need to refinance my existing rocket mortgage loan. She couldn't and we both agreed to wait a few months. Then not less than a week later Jake called and continued to call me all hours of the day to get me to agree to the loan he ...Zero stars if I could. I am not happy with the way my recent refinancing was done. I was previously contacted by a nice Rocket rep (woman) who tried to accommodate my need to refinance my existing rocket mortgage loan. She couldn't and we both agreed to wait a few months. Then not less than a week later Jake called and continued to call me all hours of the day to get me to agree to the loan he wanted me to have. I didn't want an FHA loan, I asked to just lower my payment with my current conventional loan. He kept coming back that nothing would work unless we did the FHA loan. Once he got his way, I have yet to hear from him. I am stuck trying to find out the details of the payoffs of my accounts that he promised and am blown away by the lack of transparency when I call anyone in the Rocket group to ask questions about my loan. Each Rocket member forwards my call to someone else. I feel duped and used like I got sold a loan not by my means. I will never, never, never trust Rocket again. I plan to explore other companies that make better relationships based on trust and compassion for their clients.
