We were hesitant to use Rocket Mortgage cause everything was done on line, not sure if they will be able to help us close on time on a jumbo mortgage loan but Dimitry was very professional, honest and was open to responding to all our questions/concerns. I had a very poor experience with Matthew. We spent a long time on the phone discussing my needs and what I’m looking for and came to the conclusion that they didn’t have anything to offer me. Then he calls me a week later and starts all over, acting like we never spoke. When I told him we had already spoken and they didn’t have anything for me the guy asks me what I was looking for.
