From the first call I received from Randy, I was impressed by his cordial manner, his knowledge about his product and its potential effect on my budget, as well as his compassion and understanding of my financial needs. I could hardly believe...There are just two reasons I am closing on a home equity loan with Rocket. The first is my family's history with Rocket itself. The second is Randy Korkis.

From the first call I received from Randy, I was impressed by his cordial manner, his knowledge about his product and its potential effect on my budget, as well as his compassion and understanding of my financial needs. I could hardly believe that he was a banker!

Throughout the sometimes convoluted process of my particular loan application, Randy was there, explaining the unfamiliar items I did not understand and reassuring me that the loan was progressing well. I felt that I could trust Randy to guide me through it all and he did!
